From weddings to corporate events to BBQs and box lunches, Catering delivers high-quality food from scratch. I’m always happy to apply the experience and skills I’ve obtained throughout my life and career to make an everlasting memory, or your vision come true. My first job was at the Broadmoore Country Club in Colorado Springs at 15. Since there, I have worked for the Broadmoore, Cheyenne Mt. Country Club, The Roosevelt, and Hilton, to name a few. I met Chef Pedro, an Executive Chef at K-State University, and he brought out the best in me. Especially one that involves creative problem solving and innovative thinking.
